When my darling Steve died, I was in a horrific haze of grief and crushing sadness, and all I knew was how desperate I was to get his funeral right. I needed it to reflect the totally awesome man he was and that was going to be a huge task.
I was lucky enough that Amanda was recommended to me. From the moment I spoke with Amanda I felt reassured she would help and need to get it right. Amanda was incredible. She was so generous with her time, her patience, her kindness, her absolute commitment to the task in hand. Nothing was too much trouble, and her calmness allowed me to have faith it would be as perfect as it could be.
Saying goodbye to Steve, my person, the love of my life, was the hardest thing for me, our children, our dear family and friends, however Amanda did the most wonderful job. So many people complimented me on our choice of celebrant.

Myself and my husband would like to extend our gratitude to Amanda for being our celebrant at our wedding ceremony last weekend. From the moment we met Amanda we knew she was perfect to be such a huge part of our day. Amanda visited us prior to the day to get to know us and wrote a beautiful and very personalised ceremony including a fantastic poem for a close friend to read.
The day before the ceremony she came to the venue to run through everything with us and the wedding party. Going above and beyond any expectations she mucked in and helped with the set up of the marquee, getting to know family and friends who all loved her immediately.
On the day Amanda was so calming with offers to help out at any point. She is a really warm, kind and funny lady who delivered the ceremony beautifully. There is so much we could say with everything Amanda has done but ultimately if you are looking for a positive, personable, organised and fun celebrant Amanda is perfect for you. Clare Moody
