In addition to the items above, the price includes:

• An optional 1 hour rehearsal prior to the day of the ceremony, within a 20 mile radius of Hartlebury, Worcestershire. DY13.
• Other costs may be incurred if you wish for symbols within a ritual which is pre‐planned, for example the bands for a hand fasting, or the sand and vessels for a sand ceremony. I can go through various options available to you, but nothing will be ordered or added without your express approval.

The cost will be discussed with your funeral director & the celebrant is paid directly by them. If for any reason you would like to pay me directly, please contact me and we can discuss.

Certain aspects of a naming ceremony may incur an additional charge, any add‐on details such as personalized memorabilia, celebration certificates etc. again nothing will be added or ordered without your prior express approval.

All ceremonies include the following:

• As many meetings as required for the planning and delivery of the ceremony ‐ in person, online or by phone.
• Unlimited communication before the ceremony.
• The design, writing and delivery of bespoke personal and unique ceremony.
• Unlimited edits of the script up until 7 days before the event.
• The coordinating and planning with all other persons included in the actual execution of the ceremony to allow for a seamless event.
• Attendance and leading the ceremony itself.
• Travel expenses within a 20 mile radius of Hartlebury, Worcestershire. DY13.

Additional Fees applicable to all ceremonies:

• Travel further than a 20 mile radius from Hartlebury, Worcestershire DY13 charged at £0.45 per mile.
• The cost of accommodation and subsistence if overnight stay is required.
• Flights & accommodation & subsistence allowance when travelling overseas with a minimum of 3 night's accommodation.
